HirePro Training is the training arm of HirePro, the Cape Town hospitality staffing platform behind hireprostaff.co.za. We place vetted staff in venues every week. We built this division to take the next step: training that lifts the quality of the people on the floor, not just the speed of filling it.

Our story

It started with staffing. HirePro Staff is our sister company and where the business began: a hospitality staffing platform, not an agency, that connects vetted professionals with the Cape Town and Winelands venues that need them. Fairly, transparently, and fast. The mission has always been simple. Hospitality workers deserve better, and venues deserve staff they can actually rely on.

Placing thousands of shifts taught us something we couldn't unsee. The gap in South African hospitality isn't only who is on the floor, it's how well they've been trained to work it. Time and again we saw the same pattern: capable people let down by thin onboarding and almost no investment in the things that actually move a guest. Customer service. Soft skills. Reading a table. Recovering a complaint before it becomes a review.

There was a real gap in the local market for that kind of training, and it happens to be exactly what we know best and have coached for years. So in late 2025 we launched HirePro Training as a dedicated division to close it. On-site training built around customer service, guest experience and the soft skills hospitality actually runs on, delivered during real service rather than in a classroom.

Now the two sides work together. We place staff through HirePro Staff and train them through HirePro Training, so a venue can lift the quality of its floor from both ends at once. Better people in the building, and better trained once they're there.
