What you get

Tangible, not theoretical.

Scored audit report

Every finding rated, costed and prioritised. Benchmarks against similar venues. No ambiguity.

Photo evidence annexe

Annotated, timestamped photos of every finding. No arguments. Just facts.

Cost and waste register

Every source of waste and inefficiency, categorised and prioritised, so you can see exactly where money is slipping and tackle the biggest gaps first.

Multiple outlets or hotel groups?

If you run a venue with multiple outlets, a hotel with several restaurants, or a multi-site group, we will scope the work and quote upfront. Every venue is audited against the same framework, then compared in a group report that shows which sites lead and which lag.

You will have a firm number before we book. No surprises.

Questions

The honest answers.

How disruptive is the audit? Will service stop?

Zero disruption. We observe, we don't interrupt. Your team works normally. Guests won't know we're there. The only difference is that management gets a forensic report at 16:00.

What if we have multiple venues?

We audit every venue in your group using the same 40-point framework, then produce a group comparison report showing which sites lead and which lag. Perfect for multi-store operators in Cape Town, Johannesburg or nationwide.

How long until we see the report?

The full written report with photo evidence and a cost and waste register lands within 72 hours of the visit. We also schedule an executive debrief after the report is delivered to walk through findings with leadership and confirm next steps.

Is the audit confidential?

Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request. No staff names appear in reports unless you want them to. We anonymise venues in our marketing unless you explicitly give permission. POPIA-compliant throughout.

What happens after the audit?

You get a 30/60/90 action plan. Most clients book follow-up training for month 1, then a re-audit at 90 days to measure progress. We also offer a quarterly audit retainer for ongoing accountability.

Do you audit hotels, restaurants or both?

Both. We've audited boutique hotels in the V&A Waterfront, fine-dining restaurants in Stellenbosch, QSR chains in Johannesburg, and conference venues in Durban. The framework adapts to any hospitality operation.

What does the audit cost?

R11 000 per venue for a full-day operational audit. Custom pricing applies for hotels, groups and multi-outlet operations. You will have a firm number before we book — no surprises.

Is there a guarantee?

If our audit doesn't surface clear, actionable improvements for your venue, we'll re-audit for free. We're that confident in the framework.

Ready when you are.

No obligation. Proposal in 48 hours. Not ready? Take the free scorecard.
