By accessing or using the HirePro Training website ("www.hireprotraining.co.za") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
HirePro Training (Pty) Ltd provides on-site hospitality training, operational audits, mystery diner audits, and corporate hospitality consulting services across South Africa. All services are delivered at the client's venue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All quotes and proposals provided by HirePro Training are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a binding agreement for the services described therein.
Payment terms are specified in each quote or service agreement. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before service commencement, with the balance due within 7 days of service completion. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 7-14 days before will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
HirePro Training maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, operational data, and audit findings. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law. All staff sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.
All training materials, audit frameworks, documentation, and methodologies developed by HirePro Training remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use these materials for internal purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of our materials without written permission is prohibited.
HirePro Training's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our recommendations are advisory in nature; implementation and operational decisions remain the client's responsibility.
Our operational audit guarantee: If the audit does not identify profit leaks worth at least double the audit fee within 90 days, we will re-audit at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only when the client has implemented the quick wins identified in the audit report within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
